We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, from Monday to Friday. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between five and nine business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within six to eleven business days.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package and stay updated on its journey.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on eligible items. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. To begin a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@lomiea.com. We do not charge any restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs once clear photos have been provided.
