Currently, we offer free shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our reach and hope to serve more customers soon.

2. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

Enjoy free standard shipping on all UK orders. Here's our typical timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–9 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days

Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the next business day.

3. How can I track my order?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

  • No restocking fees on returned items.

  • For defective or damaged items, we cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos before initiating the return.

We cannot accept returns on:
