Conditions for Return

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Include the original packaging and any tags or labels.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that used products cannot be returned. Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item at your own expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels for voluntary returns.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. In these cases, Lomiea will cover the return shipping costs.

  2. Return by Mail Only: We currently only accept returns by post. Please note that we do not include return shipping labels with orders.

  3. No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times can take up to 20 days from the approval date, depending on your bank or payment provider.
